What is Desire and Why do We Have It?

A desire is only the thing you have made yourself into, which is only the thought of a "me" which you've created in your head, experiencing itself as separated from your body's energy field which is the real you.

The experience is that what you think is you doesn't feel as good as "you" (what you think is you) wants to. In reality, this is nothing more than you perceiving yourself through the tiny thought of "me' in your head which is the entire cause of "you" not feeling the energy "you" think you can't in that moment.

Once you recognize the "me' you have created - the thing you have made yourself into - is not really you, then you are completely aware that you are only the energy you want to feel now and always. You always have unlimited access to your body's energy field because that energy is the real you.

All you have to do to feel how you want in any moment is stop making yourself into a thing.

What could be seen as even better than that is recognizing that the energy of your body's energy field, which is all-ways and always the real you, is what creates all the matter you experience. It carries with it all the information, inspiration, action steps and synchronistic situations that naturally create the best circumstances to support whatever feeling you are choosing in any and every moment. So any "thing" that the "you" you have created in your head might want is also available as long as it is the best circumstance to support whatever quality of feeling you are choosing.

So if you stop making yourself into a thing, you have access to whatever energy you want and that energy automatically starts to create the best circumstances to support you continuing to feel that way. The only way you can ever not feel how you want and experience the best circumstances to support you continuing to feel that way is by making yourself back into a "thing" and limiting your access to your energy field which is the real you.
